HOW SHOULD I TRANSITION MY DOG OR CAT TO NEXT LEVEL?

For a smooth transition and to prevent any upset, we recommend taking 6-8 days for the switch from your pet's current food to Next Level. Just increase the portion of Next Level gradually while reducing the quantity of the previous food until your furry friend is exclusively enjoying Next Level. Follow this guide for best results.

HOW DO I CHOOSE BETWEEN NEXT LEVEL PRODUCTS?

Selecting the ideal product tailored to your pet's unique requirements depends on a few key factors, such as age, activity level and specific conditions. If you’re not sure what’s right for your pet, contact our customer service. And see our product pages for informative video overviews on all of our formulas.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDING GUIDELINES?

This is our passion, and we pour everything we have into doing it right. We insist on the best nutrition possible, so we source from trusted suppliers who supply top-tier ingredients that set our quality apart. Many are locally sourced within the state of Texas, supporting local communities.

DO YOU HAVE ANY GLUTEN FREE FORMULAS?

All Next Level products are gluten free and made from gluten free grains.

WHERE IS NEXT LEVEL MANUFACTURED?

We’re proud to produce all of our Next Level dry kibble foods in our own manufacturing facility in Pittsburg, Texas. The Next Level brand is owned by U.S. Pet Food L.L.C.

WHAT SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS DOES NEXT LEVEL HOLD?

Pet food safety is our top concern. Each ingredient goes through rigorous internal and external testing to meet our high quality standards. But we don’t stop there — our finished products go through extensive testing, ensuring the well-being and safety of the pets who eat them.

All of our recipes are meticulously formulated to adhere to AAFCO regulations. We continually analyze both raw materials and finished diets in compliance with AAFCO standards.

HOW CAN I GET A RETAILER NEAR ME TO SELL NEXT LEVEL?

If you’d like your local retailer to carry Next Level, you can take two steps:

1) Visit the store, introduce them to Next Level, and ask if they’d consider adding it to their product offerings.

2) Reach out to Next Level's customer service team for help. We’re always seeking retailers who are dedicated to providing their customers with the very best.

HOW DO I ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS ONLINE?

Select the Shop Now button in the main menu bar. You can then add items you want to your shopping cart. Verify your order quantities are correct and then complete the easy check out process to have the product shipped to your home.

HOW SOON WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We work as quickly as possible to process all orders in the order they are received. Orders may take up to 3-5 business days for delivery. Once your order is ready to leave a package fulfillment location you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping is Standard Ground through FedEx. Thank you for your business!

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Changes to subscriptions must be made no later than one day before the next scheduled order date.
