We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your product/order upon purchase or delivery. We encourage you to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged — or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Purchases from an authorized retailer
For product purchased from an authorized Next Level retailer, return the package to the original retail location for replacement or refund, based on their store policy. Be sure to bring your receipt.
Purchases from our online store
For online orders, contact our customer service team directly at 833-754-3795 for assistance. Please have your order number available. We will ask to hear more about the issues you are experiencing — and may additionally ask for information from the product packaging such as lot code and best by date. We may offer a replacement product or issue a full refund without the need to return the original product. A refund may take up to 10 days to process.*
